This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit, request a quote from, or make a purchase from, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through our site as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related thereto (collectively, the “Website”).

AURUM only collects the information outlined above which is required to provide products and services to you and to improve our services.

AURUM uses and discloses your information solely for the purposes set out in this policy. We do not sell or rent your information.

In the event that AURUM, any of its affiliated companies, brands or substantially all of their assets are acquired by an unrelated third party, your information may be one of the transferred assets. By providing your information to us, you agree that we may disclose your information, on a confidential basis, to any prospective transferee and its professional advisors for the purposes of their due diligence investigations, the completion of any such transaction and the continued operation of the acquired business.

Please note that we do not alter our Website’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.


When you place an order through the Website, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
